Perfect Pumpkin Pie Workshop at Wave Hill, Saturday, November 22

Suffering from pie anxiety? On November 22, Chef Rob Valencia, Executive Pastry Chef of Great Performances Catering, alleviates all your pie-making fears! During this hands-on workshop, learn how to mix and roll pastry from scratch. Mix up a delicious pumpkin filling laced with seasonal spices, and pop your pie into the oven. Enjoy the abundance of Harvest Weekend events while your pie bakes in the kitchen of The Café at Wave Hill, and pick up your culinary masterpiece on your way home.

Registration required. Register online at wavehill.org or onsite at the Perkins Visitor Center by Wednesday, November 19th at 12PM.

Where: The Café at Wave Hill, West 249th Street and Independence Avenue, Bronx, NY

When: Saturday, November 22, 1PM. Workshop runs from 1–2PM; pie pickup begins at 3PM.

Fee: $25/$15 Wave Hill Member
