Waystream wins new deal from MittNät worth 1.9 MSEK
Waystream, who develops and sells advanced digital infrastructure such as switches and routers for fiber-based broadband networks, has, together with NetNordic Sweden, won a new deal from MittNät. har via sin partner NetNordic fått en ny affär från MittNät. The majority of the products will be shipped during November 2016 and the total value of the order is 1,900,000 SEK.
MittNät was formed about one year ago and today is comprised of city nets from the municipalities of Arvika, Forshaga, Hammarö, Karlstad, Munkfors, Vansbro and Åmål. Using Waystreams MS4000 Ethernet switch, MittNät will continue its expansion of fiber broadband in the region. In total, Mittnät reaches almost 160,000 citizens in 743,000 residences and 10,000 businesses.
Waystream will ship most of the MS4000 products included in the deal during the month of November this year, with some remaining units being shipped in 2017.
