Webstep ASA: Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider and a closely related person

Oslo, 24 February 2022: The following primary insider and closely related person of a primary insider in Webstep ASA (the Company”) have today, on 24 February 2022, completed the following transactions in the Company's shares in the market:

  • Jakob Cardell, Country Manager Sweden, has sold 36,442 shares in the Company at an average sale price of NOK 31.21 per share, for a total sale amount of NOK 1,137,198; and
  • Embro Eiendom AS, a close associate to the primary insiders Trond K. Johannessen (chair of the board) and Trygve Christian Moe (board member), has purchased 58,688 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 31.00 per share.
