Webstep ASA: Purchase of shares by primary insiders and close associates of primary insiders in share investment programme
Oslo, 10 June 2021: Reference is made to Webstep ASA's (the "Company") stock exchange announcement earlier today, on 10 June 2021, regarding the result of the offer of shares under a share investment programme and the board of directors' resolution to increase the share capital of the Company.
The following primary insiders and close associates of primary insiders of the Company have subscribed shares in the share investment programme:
- Trond K. Johannessen, Chair, has subscribed 8,925 shares in the Company for an amount of NOK 200,000.
- Kvinnesiden AS a closely related party to Siw Ødegaard, Board Member, has subscribed 8,925 shares in the Company for an amount of NOK 200,000.
- Toril Nag, Board Member, has subscribed 3,570 shares in the Company for an amount of NOK 80,000.
- TCM Consulting AS a closely related party to Trygve Christian Moe, Board Member, has subscribed 8,925 shares in the Company for an amount of NOK 200,000.
- Suelo AS a closely related party to Kjetil Bakke Eriksen, Board Member, has subscribed 8,925 shares in the Company for an amount of NOK 200,000.
- Save Asmervik, CEO, has subscribed 8,925 shares in the Company for an amount of NOK 200,000.
- LAK Invest AS a closely related party to Liv Annike Kverneland, CFO, has subscribed 4,462 shares in the Company for an amount of NOK 100,000.
- Rolf Helle, Director Business Development, has subscribed 8,925 shares in the Company for an amount of NOK 200,000.
- Aravi AS a closely related party to Arnt Roger Aasen, Director internal communications and marketing, has subscribed 8,925 shares in the Company for an amount of NOK 200,000.
- Otto Backer Solberg, Communications Director, has subscribed 8,925 shares in the Company for an amount of NOK 200,000.
- Illari AS a closely related party to Terje Orvedal, Regional Manager Oslo, has subscribed 8,925 shares in the Company for an amount of NOK 200,000.
- GJH Invest AS a closely related party to Geir Jåthun Hindenes, Regional Manager Stavanger, has subscribed 8,925 shares in the Company for an amount of NOK 200,000.
- Dagfinn Haslebrekk, Regional Manager Trondheim, has subscribed 4,462 shares in the Company for an amount of NOK 100,000.
