Oslo, 16 April 2020: The nomination committee of Webstep ASA has submitted its recommendation to the annual general meeting to be held 7 May 2020. 

The nomination committee of Webstep ASA has submitted its recommendation regarding the election of shareholder-elected members of the Board of Directors, election of the Chair of the Board of Directors, election of member of the Nomination Committee and determination of fees.
