New flexible tip enables more men to take control of their bladder

LoFric Origo Flexible is Wellspect’s latest addition to the LoFric Origo family, an intermittent catheters range for men. The new flexible tip’s shape and flexibility provides guidance through the male urethra, making self-catheterization easy to teach and learn.  

“With the addition of the flexible tip, the LoFric Origo product range enables more men to self-catheterize. Similar to other catheters in the LoFric Origo series, LoFric Origo Flexible has the same superior smooth surface that other LoFric catheters enjoy. The catheters’ tube surface, which builds on the Urotonic Surface Technology, ensures smooth insertion and withdrawal.

• Nelaton: a straight catheter with a rounded tip. Suitable for most users.

• Tiemann: a straight catheter with a slightly curved tip. Particularly useful for men with a narrow urethral passage or prostatic obstruction.
