NEW FACE FOR THE NORTH EAST & YORKSHIRE
Flexseal, the UK’s leading coupling manufacturer, recently promoted Scott Butterworth from its sales office to a frontline sales position.
Scott is now out on the road as Area Sales Representative for Yorkshire & the North East, visiting merchants and other customers from Alnwick to Worksop and beyond. Scott has worked for the Barnsley-based business for 2 ½ years as UK Sales Support Administrator and already has extensive knowledge of the company’s product range.
“I’m relishing the new challenge,” said Scott. “I’ve previously spoken with many of my customers on the phone, but it’s great to now be putting faces to names. “
Scott prepared for his new role by attending a Builders Merchant Federation training course for Sales Representatives. “The course helped to give me an even better insight into what merchants need from a supplier, so that I can focus on giving my customers the best service,” he explained.
