NEW PORTABLE COOLING SYSTEM AIDS VETS ON THE GO
Lec Medical, one of the leading suppliers and pioneers of medical refrigeration in the UK, has unveiled a new portable cooling system that is ideal for vets on the go. Providing safe, reliable and energy efficient temperature controlled storage for drugs and vaccines that need to be transported, this latest product offering from Lec Medical conforms to MHRA guidelines and offers an ideal solution for veterinary practices both large and small.
Guaranteed to hold the temperature inside between 2 and 8⁰C for up to 30 hours using 12 frozen Soft Gel packs, the new 12-13L model comes with an external digital LED thermometer that is battery powered and is built into the lid to display accurate temperatures to 0.1⁰C. The system also comes complete with an aluminum heat preserving foil lining for optimum temperature over time.
Compact in size – measuring just H:320mm x L:450mm x W:300mm with a tough exterior - the robust cooling system also incorporates a rigid carrying handle and an adjustable shoulder strap assists portability. Covered bung non-slip feet are also featured for added stability.
