PETCO™ & the San Diego Padres to Set Guinness World Record at Annual Dog Days of Summer Event
San Diego, CA (June 2011) – Guinness World Records® Officials will be at PETCO's annual "Dog Days of Summer" event at PETCO Park in San Diego as PETCO attempts to set the world record for most dogs at a costume parade. Dogs and their human counterparts will participate in the annual infield parade prior to the start of the game. To be included in the record, pets must wear a minimum of two accessories such as a t-shirt or bandana. Attire demonstrating Padre spirit is strongly encouraged.
