West Siberian Resources Ltd's oil production during June 2006 amounted to 644,543 barrels (166,569 barrels ) or 21,485 barrels per day ( 5,552 barrels per day). Total oil production for the second quarter 2006 amounted to 1,752,737 barrels (494,000 barrels) or 19,261 barrels per day (5,485 barrels per day).

Tomsk region To date, the Tomsk region development plan has resulted in production increasing almost 400%, since the program’s inception in 2004. Daily production now exceeds 8,000 barrels, up from 1,650 barrels in the second quarter of 2004. At the Kluchevskoye oil field, production started from the new wells number 210 and 211. So far, initial flow rates for all wells in this newly opened field have exceeded expected rates. Another well, number 206, has been drilled and will be completed in July. At the Middle Nyurola field, the hydrofracturing program for three wells was completed and the wells will also be back on production in July, following pump installations. Timano Pechora region At the Middle Kharyaga field, a new well, number 1003 was put on production. This well will undergo acid treatment in July. Sidetrack drilling of well number 1011a was completed. Workovers on wells 1013 and 1016a resulted in production increases. Volga Urals region At the Kochevnenskoye oil field, a new production well (number 110) was drilled and will be put on production in July. Exploration drilling started at the Kulturnenskaya prospect. At the Kovalevskaya prospect, the discovery well number 1 is being tested to determine formation potential. At the Solnechnoye oil field a drilling rig was mobilized for additional exploration drilling. The workover program continued throughout the region.
