Wetteri optimizes its store network: Raisio's used car store will be closed, operations in the Helsinki metropolitan area will be centralised in Wetteri Airport
Wetteri is optimizing its store network by closing Raisio's used car store and centralizing the operations of the Helsinki metropolitan area in its new office at Wetteri Airport on Aamuruskontie by Ring Road III.
The Raisio store will be closed on 31 July 2026. The site employs three salespeople who are offered work at Wetteri's other locations. The used car store in Petikko, Vantaa will be closed during July 2026 and the store’s car inventory and six employees will be transferred to Wetteri Airport. At the same time, Wetteri's office on Äyritie will be closed and the staff working there will relocate to the Airport premises.
"These measures support our goal to focus our growth on busier market areas and to focus our operations on larger store spaces. The consolidation of the automotive industry continues, and we want to prioritize premises that will also enable the brand representation of new cars in the future. Our new location, Wetteri Airport, is an excellent example of this”, says Aarne Simula, CEO of Wetteri.
Following these changes, Wetteri will serve passenger car and van customers in a total of 18 locations across Finland. The company has 22 full-service dealerships and 14 authorized maintenance service representations.
