White & Case advises Adelis on acquisition of majority stake of Btwentyfour
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Adelis on its acquisition of a majority stake in Btwentyfour to support the company in its next stage of growth and product development. The transaction is expected to close in early 2025 subject to customary regulatory approvals.
Adelis is a private equity firm managing approximately €3 billion in capital and has been making 43 platform investments and more than 250 add-on acquisitions.
Btwentyfour is a leading supply chain data automation software platform that enables brands and retailers to seamlessly connect and exchange mission-critical data with their trading partners. The company has its main operations in Zug, Switzerland and Uppsala, Sweden, with offices in Stockholm, Sweden and Munich, Germany.
