White & Case advises Adelis on senior secured notes issuance

White & Case LLP has advised Adelis and its portfolio company Axentia, a leading company in developing cutting edge low-power real-time information display systems for public transport, on its issuance of new €65 million senior secured floating rate notes due 2028 under a framework of €100 million.

The net proceeds of the notes were applied towards inter alia the refinancing of Axentia’s existing financing agreements. In 2020, White & Case advised Adelis on its acquisition of Axentia.

Founded in 2012 and based in Sweden, Adelis is a private equity firm managing approximately €3 billion in capital. Since raising its first fund in 2013, it has made 39 platform investments and more than 200 add-on acquisitions.
