Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Alder on its investment in Flamonitec, a leading manufacturer of advanced measurement equipment. Alder will become majority owner of Flamonitec.
Alder is a Nordic investment fund focused on creating opportunities for sustainable technology companies to accelerate growth and strategic development.
Flamonitec, with headquarters in Düsseldorf, Germany, is a leading manufacturer of flame scanners and flame monitoring systems for industrial applications involving industrial processes.
