White & Case advises Bregal Milestone on majority recapitalization of M-Files

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Bregal Milestone on a majority recapitalization of M-Files, led by Bregal Milestone and Haveli Investments.

M-Files is a leading platform for knowledge work automation, which features metadata-driven architecture, embedded workflow engine and advanced artificial intelligence.
