White & Case advises Bregal Milestone on majority strategic growth investment in Ridango

19 March 2025 … Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Bregal Milestone on a majority strategic growth investment in Ridango, a global provider of mission-critical public transportation software. The investment is made in partnership with founder Erki Lipre and the Ridango management team.

Bregal Milestone is a growth capital firm focused on providing capital and strategic assistance to technology companies. It is part of Bregal Investments, which has invested more than €19 billion to date.

Founded in 2009, Ridango is a global market leader in intelligent transportation software for public transport authorities, municipalities, cities, and private transport operators.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Victor Åberg and Sten Olsson (both Helsinki) and included associates Asta Tukiainen and Fady Koivuaho (both Helsinki), Martina Castrén (Helsinki, Brussels), Carl Brehmer (Stockholm) and associate trainee Emma Elopuro (Helsinki).
