White & Case advises IFS on acquisition of Copperleaf

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised IFS on its acquisition of all the issued and outstanding common shares of Copperleaf Technologies Inc.

IFS will pay CA$12 in cash per share, representing a total equity value of approximately CA$1 billion on a fully diluted basis.

IFS develops and delivers cloud enterprise software for companies around the world who manufacture and distribute goods, build and maintain assets and manage service-focused operations.

Headquartered and listed in Canada, Copperleaf is a global provider of AI-powered enterprise asset investment management and planning software for clients that collectively manage trillions of dollars of both physical and digital assets.

The transaction is not subject to a financing condition as IFS’ sponsors, EQT, Hg and TA Associates, have provided equity commitments.
