White & Case advises Niam Infrastructure on acquisition of Bright Sunday

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Niam Infra Fund, the infrastructure fund of Niam, the leading real asset manager in Northern Europe, on its acquisition of Swedish-based solar-as-a-service provider Bright Sunday. The company’s current portfolio is located in Portugal and Spain, but the company plans to expand across Europe with the support of new capital from Niam Infra.
