White & Case advises Silex Microsystems on SEK 8.9 billion Nasdaq Stockholm IPO

White & Case has advised Silex Microsystems AB (Silex) on its SEK 8.9 billion Initial Public Offering (IPO) and listing on Nasdaq Stockholm.

The IPO attracted very strong interest from Swedish and international institutional investors as well as the general public in Sweden and Finland. The IPO was oversubscribed several times. Trading on Nasdaq Stockholm commenced on 7 May 2026 and the IPO price was SEK 81 per share.

Silex is the world’s leading pure-play Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) foundry which manufactures MEMS.. The company currently operates one production facility in Sweden, which includes a specialised wafer fabrication facility (fab) utilizing 200 mm wafer production.
