9 June 2025 … Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Söderberg & Partners on Fidelius’ merger with Timothy James & Partners (TJP).  The combined company will have offices in Bath, Cheltenham, Chelmsford, London and Nottingham.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Victor Åberg (Helsinki) and included partners Jonathan Rogers and Michael Engel (both London) and associates Roosa Väre, Oona Keskinen (both Helsinki) and Mark Smith (London).
