White & Case advises Terveystalo on public takeover offer for MedHelp
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Terveystalo on the public takeover offer for Medhelp by a consortium of Terveystalo and MH Sjukvårdsrådgivning Holding AB.
“This transaction has been both complex and strategically significant, with a clear cross-border dimension between Finland and Sweden,” said Sten Olsson, lead partner on the deal. “It demonstrated our ability to guide our Finnish clients through the Swedish public-to-private process and positioning the business for long-term growth.”
The shares of MedHelp are listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market and offered SEK 6.8 in cash per share by Roxette BidCo. The offer values the total number of shares at approximately SEK 207 million.

Terveystalo Healthcare is a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Terveystalo Plc (Terveystalo), a private healthcare provider in Finland and one of the leading providers of occupational healthcare services in Finland and Sweden. The company has approximately 15,000 employees and is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki. MH Sjukvårdsrådgivning Holding AB is a company that provides primary medical care and is MedHelp’s largest shareholder.
