Swedish developer leads the way to sustainable Chinese real estate
The Swedish funded Chinese based real estate developer White Peak has been awarded regional sector leader and ranked number one among Asian Residential Developers by GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark), the leading global ESG benchmark for the real estate sector.

The new GRESB rating opens opportunities for White Peak. For Chinese cities, sustainability is on top of the agenda. It is also important from a funding point of view. GRESB is the environmental, social and governance (ESG) benchmark for real assets. Working in collaboration with the industry, GRESB defines the global standard for sustainability performance in real assets, providing standardized and validated ESG data to the capital markets.
Institutional investors collectively representing over USD 18 trillion in capital, use GRESB data and analytical tools. In 2018, over 900 property companies and funds participated in the GRESB Real Estate Assessment.
