Dentware Scandinavia AB (publ): Acquisition of Brånemark Integration AB completed

As of today Dentware is the 100% owner of Brånemark Integration AB as well as its wholly-owned subsidiary in France Biosmile SARL.

The final formalities of Dentwares’ acquisition of Brånemark Integration AB were today completed through the signing of the completion documents and payment (in shares and cash) to the (former) owners.

“This is a milestone day for us and the beginning of a new era” says Dentware CEO Per Dybwad and continues “The financial markets endorsed the deal by providing us with the necessary funding through the recently completed and oversubscribed share issues. Now it is up to us to reward our shareholders by capitalizing on the opportunity that the acquisition presents. The combined company is now well positioned for accelerated growth and international expansion. Naturally, there is much work to be done to streamline and coordinate operations, but there is a shared vision and considerable enthusiasm both among employees and in the board room. We are very pleased to now put the negotiations, fundraising and formalities behind us and be able to dedicate ourselves to operations”.
