Williams Commerce Acquires Flint Technology to Enhance Ecommerce Services
LONDON, UK (October 4, 2016) – Williams Commerce Ltd today has announced the successful acquisition of London based Flint Technology Ltd, a leading Magento® Professional (Silver) partner providing ecommerce, integration and Magento module solutions.
Founded in 2009, Williams Commerce is one of the UK’s fastest growing ecommerce system integrators in the United Kingdom. It serves hundreds of retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers with ecommerce, ERP and digital marketing services that contribute towards the creation of multi-million pound businesses online.
Flint Technology combined with Williams Commerce have a rapidly growing portfolio of retailers and B2B clients including Start-rite Shoes, Blow Ltd, Seraphine, Science in Sport, Sue Ryder, Poundstretcher, Hancocks Confectionery and Gardman. The acquisition will now enable Williams Commerce to offer a larger base in London and the opportunity to leverage the combined resources giving their clients access to an enhanced range of ecommerce services.

The acquisition was a direct buyout by Williams Commerce and Flint Technology will continue to operate from its London based headquarters maintaining day to day operations, led by Operations Director Justin Biddle.
