Williams supplies refrigeration for all aspects of the takeaway sector from kebab houses, burger bars, pizzerias and coffee shops. The scope of Williams’ range of refrigeration is designed to match the huge diversity of takeaway outlets. Often takeaway kitchens are pushed for space and for these situations Williams has developed its Small Kitchen Range.  This range features slimmed down products that offer all the benefits and qualities of their conventional versions, but in a compact format.

Here Williams Amber cabinets and undercounters fit the bill and both will be on display for visitors to get a closer look. High efficiency fans improve air circulation and performance is guaranteed up to temperatures of 32°C. Amber models come with adjustable, nylon coated shelving, lockable doors with easy clean magnetic gaskets, and adjustable feet.

An innovative, space-saving solution for takeaway kitchens and prep areas is the PW4 mobile prep well, which can be moved around to wherever it is needed, ensuring chilled, fresh ingredients are always to hand. It’s ideal for pizza, salad and sandwich preparation in businesses with limited space.

Where there is a demand for chilled food and drink Williams Multidecks and Bottle Coolers are stylish display options. Their design maximises every millimetre of retail space, while the Multidecks are also available in a choice of formats and colours to suit any application and its surrounding décor.

Williams’ space saving Under Broiler Counter UBC5 will also be on display.  This space-saving, low-level refrigerated drawers counter is designed specifically to hold chargrills and griddles – so the cooking appliance sits on top of the refrigeration, keeping everything to hand for the chef.  At the show, it will be seen with a Falcon Dominator Plus griddle.  Falcon Foodservice Equipment is a sister company to Williams and will display a selection of cooking appliances suited to the takeaway market, including countertop ovens and fryers.
