Stand D36, Caffé Culture Show, 13-14 May 2015 Olympia London

At the 2015 Caffé Culture Show Williams will be showing a range of refrigeration essential to anyone operating in the coffee shop sector. From front-of-house display units to back-bar bottle coolers, space-saving kitchen refrigeration and preparation units, Williams can provide the solution.

Front-of-house, the SC1200 Gem Sandwich Chiller is designed expressly to give customers open, easy access to grab & go products including sandwiches, dairy items, cakes and drinks. It is finished in attractive, highly mirrored stainless steel to fit in with any setting. The chiller also incorporates Williams’ innovative new energy-saving ‘air curtain’ concept, which allows customers free access to the products while keeping the cold air inside the display.

Ever conscious that coffee shops often have limited kitchen space, Williams will have the Jade Slimline Counter HJSC2-SA on the stand. Built to withstand the rigours of day-to-day operation and meeting all foodservice requirements, the two-door Jade counter offers all the features of a larger counter but with a slimmed down depth of 500mm to fit into smaller kitchens.

On the food prep side of operations, Williams will be showing the TW4-S3 Thermowell and the PW4 Prep Well. Both of these refrigerated units have been introduced with the smaller kitchen in mind. The mobile prep well is a new concept in refrigerated units, designed to help with the makeup of pizzas, salads and sandwiches. It is ideal for sites that have to replenish ingredients from the coldroom or refrigerated cabinets and have no room for a conventional prep counter with wells.

Other units on show include the Gem Multideck R100-SCN-SCB merchandiser with LED lighting, adjustable shelving and removable EPOS tickets as standard. Sliding front doors and rear loading doors are available for improved efficiency, and impulse snack baskets offer enhanced retail opportunities.

Important for any operation wanting to serve bottled drinks, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, is the Williams BC2-S3 Bottle cooler. Glass doors and effective lighting ensure an attractive display, while adjustable shelves enable different sized bottles and cans to be stored efficiently.  Variable thermostats allow the operators to set the optimum temperature, between 4 and 10ºC, to suit the environment, customer preference and any specific requirements of the beverage.

Williams Refrigeration offers a comprehensive range of commercial refrigeration including gastronorm cabinets and counters, specialist bakery equipment, coldrooms, merchandisers and blast chillers.
