WPS invests £500,000 to Address Lighting Markets
New in-line equipment can automatically assemble boards up to 1.3m long
Hastings, UK, 15 July 2013 – Wilson Process Systems (WPS) is squarely addressing the fast growing LED lighting market with the installation of the first assembly line in the UK that can assemble boards up to 1.3m long fully automatically. WPS has invested £500,000 to set up the line.
The upgraded WPS line can manufacture boards up to 1.3m long x 0.6m wide, for the growing opportunity in LED lighting, retail displays and digital signage. It is the first line in the country that can manufacture such long boards
