New CEO for music streaming service WiMP

Andy Chen today joins music streaming service WiMP as the new Chief Executive Officer. Chen was most recently CEO at Preview Networks in Copenhagen and also holds a number of board positions for companies within the technology and media sector. He has previously held senior management positions within global media companies like MTV and Viacom.

Mr. Chen is an American citizen with extensive management experience from the digital media industry. Through his tenure with Preview Networks, the company has developed into being one of Europe's largest digital content distribution platform and network for marketing, PR and advertising video content. In addition, Mr. Chen has been a successful angel investor in several start-up companies in the US and Europe and functioned as a business advisor and board member to international venture capital investors, as well as Fortune 500 public companies.

Chen will replace Espen Lauritzen who has functioned as Interim CEO since May 2012. The Board would like to thank Mr Lauritzen for his valuable contributions to growing and developing WiMP in this period.
