Windevo AB announces final outcome in the written procedures regarding its up to SEK 50,000,000 Subordinated Second Lien Secured Callable PIK Interest Bonds 2018/2023 and its Maximum SEK 62,000,000 Senior Secured Callable Fixed Rate Bonds 2018/2021
Windevo AB (the “Company” or the “Issuer”) on 24 September 2019 issued notices to meetings among the bondholders by way of a procedures in writing (the “Written Procedures”) for its outstanding bonds ISIN: SE0011337120 up to SEK 50,000,000 Subordinated Second Lien Secured Callable PIK Interest Bonds 2018/2023 and ISIN: SE0011337146 and SE0011337153 Maximum SEK 62,000,000 Senior Secured Callable Fixed Rate Bonds 2018/2021 (the “Bonds”).
The time for replies expired 11 October 2019 and a sufficient number of votes were obtained to form a quorum and the proposed resolutions in the Written Procedures obtained 100% of the votes. The terms and conditions of the Bonds will therefore, be amended as set out in the notices to the Written Procedures. Moreover, the waivers under the terms and conditions for the Bonds as set out in the notices, have therefore, also been granted.

Windevo AB, (formerly AGBH Invest AB) is a company being controlled by former holders of Aligera Holding AB (publ)’s SEK 500,000,000 senior secured green bonds 2014/2019 with ISIN SE0005933231.
