Windevo announces the result in the written procedure

Reference is made to Windevo AB (“Windevo” or the “Company”) senior secured bonds 2018/2021 in two tranches with ISIN SE0011337146 and ISIN SE0011337153 (the “SSF Bonds”) and the Company’s subordinated bonds 2018/2023 with ISIN SE0011337120 (the “Reinstated Bonds”). Capitalised terms not defined herein shall unless otherwise stated have the meaning given to them in the terms and conditions of the SSF Bonds.

Windevo hereby announces that all participants in the written procedure initiated on 2 July 2021 among the holders of the SSF Bonds and the Reinstated Bonds approved the proposed new structure and that the written procedure has been successfully concluded.
