WindowMaster has won one of the company’s biggest projects ever, Space House in London, UK. Apart from the delivery of window actuators, the order includes supply and project management of our NV Embedded® system for controlling natural ventilation integration into a sophisticated and highly advanced building automation infrastructure.
Apart from demonstrating this scalable and cloud-based control system's relevance in future buildings, the order emphasizes that WindowMaster solutions are a significant catalyst for achieving the most prestigious certifications in the building industry, such as BREEAM, LEED, DGNB etc.
The iconic masterpiece located in central London is facing a complete refurbishment meant to set the standard for future workplaces. The 255,000 sq ft brutalist building is to be restored into a state-of-the-art smart building with unsurpassed amenities and designed to obtain a BREEAM Outstanding as well as a Fitwel certification.
