WindowMaster increases 2024 guidance on revenue and EBITDA

Record high order intake leads to improved revenue and EBITDA 2024 guidance

• Order intake reached a record high at the end of May, amounting to DKK 279m on 12-month-running basis (May 2023: DKK 235m 12-month-running), equivalent to 19% growth. The strong growth relates to all our main markets and is a token of our ability to deliver on our ‘Accelerate-Core’ strategy. This includes sales to key accounts (OEMs), where business activity is now recuperating from the downturn and high interest environment in the first half of 2023.

• Based on the positive developments in order intake (supported by year-to-date May 2024 reporting showing revenue growth of 23% year-on-year), the outlook for 2024 is improved relative to the latest published guidance (No. 044-2024 Vedbaek, 12 April 2024). Revenue in 2024 is now expected to increase to DKK 265-275m, equivalent to approximately 11-16% organic growth. EBITDA is expected to increase to DKK 28-33m, equivalent to an EBITDA-margin in the range 11-12%.
