WindowMaster International A/S Acquires Production Facilities in Herford, Germany

WindowMaster has officially acquired our production facilities in Herford, Germany. The ownership of the 5,700m² facilities allows WindowMaster to upscale operations and meet the growing global demand for our intelligent ventilation systems.
The acquisition constitutes an important step in WindowMaster’s growth journey. The takeover lets WindowMaster expand our production capacity and optimize our supply chain to benefit new and existing customers.
Moreover, ownership of production facilities allows us to create even better conditions for the workplace in the future while contributing to our Net Zero goals for 2030 by changing our energy source from gas to electricity.
