Global Gaming disrupts the market with an innovative approach to player engagement
Stockholm, Sweden 10th of July 2018; Global Gaming is now the latest operator to use Wiraya’s Mobile Customer Activation to build player engagement. Targeting passive players for the brand Koti Kasino, the deployment focussed on reactivating customers who had failed to make a deposit in 90 days.
Compared to more traditional approaches over email and text, Global Gaming worked with Wiraya to challenge these industry norms, using new technology to approach player communication in a more personal and yet highly effective way. This new approach has seen 19% of passive players make a new deposit when targeted with Wiraya’s Mobile Customer Activation solution.
