WirelessCar Teams Up With SAIC For Telematics Efforts Irvine, CA and Gothenburg, Sweden April 29, 2002 - WirelessCar, a global provider of telematics infrastructure services, has signed a strategic alliance agreement with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) to jointly develop telematics solutions for vehicle manufacturers, commercial fleets, and network operators. WirelessCar and SAIC will combine their strengths to develop a more powerful, next generation end-to-end telematics infrastructure solution. WirelessCar will integrate SAIC's strength in information technology and systems integration, and SAIC will leverage WirelessCar's extensive experience in telematics connectivity, service integration, and billing.
