CORRECTION: Capital increase in connection with exercise of issued warrants and earn-out payment

On 1 June 2023 Wirtek published company announcement no. 7/2023, stating that the Board of Directors has approved the increase of the capital related to exercised warrants and earn-out payment to CoreBuild sellers.

To expedite the issuing of new shares to warrants holders exercising warrants, the Board of Directors has decided to initially only increase the capital related to the exercised warrants. The transfer of shares to the sellers of the CoreBuild acquisition as part of their 2022 earn-out will be handled as a separate process, and a related company announcement will be published at the appropriate time.

The company capital is increased with nominally DKK 39,955.05 from DKK 1,119,331.80 to DKK 1,159,286.85, diluting the existing shareholders by 3.6%.

The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading and official listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark after the formal issue. The first day of trading is expected to be mid-June 2023.
