Wirtek A/S has received notification pursuant to article 19 of regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 of the below transactions related to shares in Wirtek A/S made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and/or persons closely related with them.

Wirtek’s board member Kent M. Sørensen has on 16 November 2023 acquired in total 5.345 shares at an average share price of DKK 9,4926 each for a total of DKK 50.737,78.
