Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities andpersons closely associated with them

Wirtek A/S has received notification pursuant to article 19 of regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 of the below transactions related to shares in Wirtek A/S made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and/or persons closely related with them.

Wirtek’s board members Kent M. Sørensen and Martin Dommerby Kristiansen has on 8 October 2023 acquired in total 30.000 shares at DKK 10,30 each for a total of DKK 309.000.

Wirtek A/S has, as part of the same transaction, acquired 3.500 shares at DKK 10,30 for a total of DKK 36.050. Wirtek as has now acquired the needed number of Wirtek shares to make the final share-based earn-out payment towards the sellers of CoreBuild, acquired back in April 2021.
