Share buy-back programme status

The board of directors initiated a share buy-back programme on 28 June 2023 to be conducted in accordance with Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council of 16 April 2014 (MAR) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, also referred to as the Safe Harbour rules (see company announcement 11/2023).

Under this programme Wirtek will acquire up to a total of 60,000 shares, corresponding to 0.78% of the total number of outstanding shares during the period 28 June 2023 to 30 September 2023.

The following transactions have been made under programme in the period from 28 August 2023 to 29 August 2023:

With these transactions, Wirtek A/S owns a total of 12,253 treasure shares, corresponding to 0.16% of the share capital.
