Wirtek announces expectations for 2022

The Board of Directors for Wirtek A/S has today approved the budget for 2022 and announces the expectations for fiscal year 2022. The budget approval is based on the results from the annual negotiations with Wirtek’s clients.

Wirtek expects a significant double-digit percentage growth in revenue which is above the average growth announced in our Accelerate25 strategi in January 2025 (see company announcement no. 1/2021).

The organic revenue in 2022 is expected to be in the range of DKK 61.0m – 66.0m, a growth of 34% - 45% compared to 2021. EBITDA for 2022 is expected to be in the range of DKK 7.5m – 8.5m, a growth of 19% - 39% compared to 2021.

Wirtek will publish the annual report for 2021 on 9 March 2022.
