Wirtek ends acquisition process

After finalising the due diligence process of the potential acquisition announced on 14 July 2022 (see company announcement no. 11/2022), the Board of Directors have at this time decided not to continue the acquisition process.

Wirtek will as planned publish the interim report for Q3 2022 on 9 November 2022.
