Wisconsin Dells Waterslide-athon Is This Saturday
WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. (June 16, 2010) – The 5th annual Wisconsin Dells Waterslide-athon to benefit the Ronald McDonald House in nearby Madison is just days away - Saturday, June 19 to be exact. Kids and grown-ups are invited to slide as fast as they can at the designated slide at Noah’s Ark Waterpark, with $1 donated by Noah’s Ark for each slide. The money goes to support the work of the Ronald McDonald House which serves as a home-away-from-home for families whose seriously ill children need to be near their doctors and nurses for often long-term, life-saving care.

SIGNIFICANCE:
This is a story of family vacationers to Wisconsin Dells helping other families facing the worst crisis of their lives. The owners of Noah’s Ark Waterpark – brothers Tim and Dan Gantz – have hosted the event from
its inception. And lots of businesses around town have canisters out for the cause too..
