Ann-Marie Nilsson new name on the Sign On Board Ann-Marie Nilsson will be proposed as an ordinary Board member at the Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2002 Ann-Marie Nilsson was born in 1942 and has a distinguished background as former Chief Executive of IT-Företagen and several top jobs including head of the STATTEL delegation, head and member of the Swedish ICT Commission and board member of the Swedish National Post and Telecom Agency. Nilsson is at present a member of the Norwegian Visma Group (publ), Chairman of the IVA information technology department, Board member of Dimension AB (publ), Swedish jury member of the European Information Society Technology Prize and member of IVA, the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences. "I see Sign On as a very exciting company with products that are altogether contemporary. The company has attracted many important owners, which reinforces my belief in its future," says Nilsson.
