Sign On's new share issue is fully subscribed A new share issue has taken place in Sign On. The issue of new shares has been fully subscribed with preferential rights of the existing shareholders together with a guarantee consortium. The company will be provided with approximately MSEK 12. The number of share in Sign On will be 16 533 236 after the new share issue.
