Skandia major new owner of listed Sign On Skandia is a new major owner of Sign On which is listed on the Stockholm stock exchange. The large insurance company has acquired 240.000 shares of the company, which has developed the World's first complete system for signing electronic documents over the Internet. Future oriented stock exchange listed Sign On is attracting an increasing number of large and well known players on the financial market. Skandia with its purchase of 3.5 percent of the company is the latest of these. - It is extremely positive that our customers appreciate us to such an extent that they want to acquire shares in our company, says Bosse Falgard, CEO of Sign On. Skandia is the second customer which recently has become an owner. It is a proof that those who use electronic documents and signatures also believe in Sign On's business idea and future. Skandia paid 34 SEK per share. Other owners are for example IKEA, SPP and the 6:th AP Fund. Sign On's product FormPipe is the first system in the World that allows secure electronic signatures on ordinary Word and pdf-documents. Electronic signatures are legally of equal value as hand-written ones since the first of January this year.
