Zaandam, The Netherlands (September 25, 2014) – Under the motto “Reach Your Audience,” WoodWing will present its innovative solutions and services for multi-channel publishing and digital asset management at the World Publishing Expo in Amsterdam.

Enterprise Analytics – full control over content production
Modern multi-channel publishing processes can be quite complex and involve so many different types of media that it becomes difficult to see the full picture of the status of production. The cloud-based Enterprise Analytics equips WoodWing´s multi-channel publishing system Enterprise with all-new analytics features, providing authorized users up-to-date information about the progress of their production processes. Using Enterprise Analytics, multiple real-time visual reports can be generated about stories and related objects, including articles, layouts, images, audio and video. The reports are also accessible on the go via tablet devices such as the iPad.

Elvis DAM – digital asset management without limits
To attract and grow their audiences via the various channels, publishers need to use an increasing number of media files such as images, videos, audio and more, resulting in dramatically and continuously increasing file stocks. As a consequence, solutions for the management of digital assets need to rely on unlimited scaling. With an entirely rewritten server architecture, the new version 5 of WoodWing´s digital asset management solution Elvis DAM enables the swift management of up to one billion assets.

WoodWing Digital Services – effective digital publishing implementation
WoodWing recently launched a new business unit called WoodWing Digital Services. With the move, WoodWing aims to support publishers and brands across the globe with comprehensive consulting and offshoring production in the field of digital publishing. Services offered pivot around the efficient implementation of strategies to tap the revenue and savings potential offered via a combined approach in print, online, tablet and mobile publishing. The team works in close collaboration with WoodWing´s Authorized Solution Partners worldwide.

More than ever – efficiency of publishing processes is the central issue
“Publishers today face serious challenges – sales revenues are in continuous decline, and the advertising business is suffering due to the shift to digital,” said Roel-Jan Mouw, CEO of WoodWing Software. “In addition, their readers expect to get their preferred content on the devices of their choice. More than ever, the efficiency of publishing processes is the central issue for publishers. With the solutions and services we will show at the World Publishing Expo, we help them to reach even ambitious targets in this respect.”

New trendy booth and dazzling party for the community
WoodWing will present itself at the World Publishing Expo with a new, two-story booth in a trendy sea container format. Visitors can talk to members of the WoodWing team as well as to representatives of partners including A&F Computersysteme AG (Switzerland and Germany), Publiqare and Graphit (both from The Netherlands), Creative Systems Engineering (France), Myjour and Adobe. On Tuesday evening, WoodWing invites the WoodWing community – customers, prospects and partners – to a dazzling party at Jimmy Woo, Amsterdam's hippest location.
