WS DEVELOPMENT ACQUIRES HYDE PARK VILLAGE IN TAMPA, FLORIDA

(CHESTNUT HILL, MA; September 23, 2013) — WS Development is pleased to announce the acquisition of Hyde Park Village, a landmark retail destination in Tampa, Florida. The village's 266,000 square feet of street retail, dining, and office span five city blocks in the heart of the Hyde Park Historic District, one of Tampa Bay’s most desirable residential neighborhoods.
