TOPI RUUSKA NAMED AS THE CHAIRMAN OF WULFF GROUP PLC’S GROUP EXECUTIVE BOARD

Topi Ruuska, the Wulff Group Plc CEO, has been named as the Chairman of Wulff Group Plc’s Group Executive Board starting on October 1st, 2015.

The following members will continue on the Group Executive Board: CEO of Wulff Entre Ltd Ninni Arion, Wulff Supplies AB’s Managing Director Trond Fikseaunet, Wulff Beltton’s Managing Director Veijo Ågerfalk, Group CFO Elina Rahkonen and Wulff Group Plc’s Communications and Marketing Director Tarja Törmänen. Heikki Vienola, previously the Chairman of the Group Executive Board, will continue to develop and advance the company as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
