Wulff Group Plc: Change in Executive Board

STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE     OCTOBER 18, 2019 AT 9.00 A.M.

The Board of Directors of Wulff Group Plc has decided on a change in the Executive Board. Elina Pienimäki, 40, who started as Wulff Group Plc CEO on September 30, 2019, has been elected to the Wulff Group Plc's Executive Board and its Chairman.

The following persons will continue as members of the Executive Board: Ninni Arion, CEO of Wulff Entre Oy; Trond Fikseaunet, CEO of Wulff Supplies Ab; Elina Hanén, CFO of Wulff Group Plc; Tarja Törmänen, Director of Communications and Marketing of Wulff Group Plc, and Veijo Ågerfalk, CEO of Wulff Beltton.

Heikki Vienola, the former Chairman of the Executive Board and Group CEO, will continue to support the growth of the company.
