WULFF GROUP PLC’S NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE         July 6, 2017 at 10.00 A.M. 

Wulff Group Plc’s new Chief Financial Officer and Group Executive Board Member is Elina Hanén (M.Sc.). Hanén will take up the position on October 5th, 2017 at the latest.  She will responsible for the Group’s financial administration and its development. She will report to Wulff Group Plc’s CEO Kimmo Laaksonen.

Hanén has strong experience in working with IFRS standards and developing a listed company’s financial administration as a Financial Controller. Hanén has a good readiness to develop Wulff’s business operations as she has a versatile background as a financial manager and an auditor. Hanén completed the KHT Auditor exam in 2011.

Wulff Group Plc’s current Chief Financial Officer Elina Rahkonen will transfer to another company in August as reported on May 19th, 2017.
